CAS CSM

CAS CSM are lubricants specially designed for very high performance operations. Based on a calcium sulphate thickener and high quality base oils. Due to the fact that the calcium sulphate, acts as a lubricant as well as a thickener – CAS CSM features outstanding performance characteristics. Especially recommended for those conditions where resistance to high temperatures, loads, moisture and water is absolutely necessary (steelworks, mines). Due to its plastic, reversible property (returning to the previous structure and properties) – is particularly recommended for use where temperatures can drastically change within a short time. Typical applications include casting machines, couplings and guides in steel mills, bearings and joints in cars, rock crushers and conveyors in mining, and bearings and spindles in pulp and paper mills. These lubricants feature very good anti-corrosion properties, reduce the risk of tribocorrosion, have excellent thermal stability, excellent wear protection, excellent sealing performance, low power consumption, long life, great water resistance and very good behaviour in a moist environment.

USAGE:

for bearings operating at high temperatures, fans, furnaces, motors, roller bearing in the production of paper and textiles; for extremely heavy duty bearings (rolling and sliding), especially under extreme pressures and oscillating movements, calenders for the production of polymers and vinyl, sliding and rolling bearings, which cannot be re-lubricated, etc.
